Glenn Hide is widely recognised within the construction industry as one of the leading New Engineering Contract (NEC4) form of contract and Project Planning experts. He brings over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry on a wide variety of construction projects, most of which for the Birse Group. His areas of expertise are Planning and Project Management, having been involved in the full lifecycle of many very large construction projects from inception to close out and in particular, successfully controlled the planning, costs and project management of projects which have been exclusively under the NEC form of contract.
