Last year, we carried out a “state of the industry survey” around various issues currently faced of which the results are available on our GMH Planning website (free downloads/bulletin no.43).

Here we are conducting a second (and very important) survey. Currently, there are several cloud-based systems out there being used on projects, most of which are either not 100% compliant with the contract and/or are not very user-friendly. It is also often the case that users have no choice in the system that has been imposed upon them.

To this end, if you have or are using a cloud-based system(s), please take the time to complete this survey to highlight any strengths/weaknesses around them. We can then provide feedback to the industry and providers, where they can all improve their systems and create better user experiences for everyone involved.
