Use of Google Analytics: we use a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to help us analyse how users use this site called Google Analytics “G4A”. Google  uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer. Users’ IP addresses are truncated before sending data to Google. IP anonymisation has also been enabled within the G4A service and sharing users’ data with other Google products, such as Ads, has been disabled. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the UK, EU & United States. IP address information should be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, according to Google’s policy at the time of publication of these terms and only in exceptional cases will the whole IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Contact Forms, Live Chat and Newsletters Subscriptions

When you contact us via our contact forms, subscribe to updates or use live chat services we may require, or give you the option of supplying, the following information:
