28 days notice → no cancellation charges (full refund)
14–27 days notice → 50% charge of invoiced amount (50% refunded)
0-13 days notice → full charge (no refund)

Cancellations/transfers must be received in writing via email.

If you have custom requirements, such as tailoring the training to suit bespoke contract amendments that you may have, we are more than happy to facilitate this. Please select ‘Customise’ when booking or send us your requirements via our contact form.

Public training courses are open to anyone to attend whilst private courses are company or project specific, enabling the course can be tailored with a maximum capacity of 16.

Onsite: Additional travel expenses may apply depending on location. You will be responsible for providing suitable venue and equipment (TV or projector).
