NEC3 & NEC4 Training
GMH Planning are recognised industry experts in managing NEC3 & NEC4 contracts and a highly acclaimed provider of engaging and informative NEC training courses which fast-track attendees understanding of the intricacies and subtleties of NEC contracts.
The following NEC training courses are all standard courses that can be run in-house for either one party or multiple parties working on projects using the NEC forms of contract. They include training on the most recent NEC4 family of contracts, or for existing projects still using NEC3 contracts the training is based on those versions.
NEC3 & NEC4 training sessions can also be made bespoke by integrating changes that a particular client has introduced to a specific project.
Most NEC training courses are a full one-day session and are accompanied by relevant handouts and case studies. Some sessions are run as scheduled public NEC training sessions giving individuals the chance to join other members of the industry.
