All downloads documents have been produced with over twenty years experience of working under NEC form of contract.

The downloads are available for visitors to the website for them to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the NEC contracts and how they may practically better administer their live projects.

These flowcharts, articles and bulletins should be read in conjunction with the GMH Planning guidance notes section, and also considered along side the suite of NEC3 & NEC4 training courses that are on offered by GMH Planning  to develop and enhance the level of understanding to all parties working on an NEC project.

Programming under an NEC contract

Programme management is essential on an ECC contract. Both parties have to understand their contractual obligations to keep on top of this process, so that the transparency that the NEC contract is trying to create is achieved for the benefit of both parties.
