All downloads documents have been produced with over twenty years experience of working under NEC form of contract and are available for visitors to the website for free to enhance knowledge and understanding of the NEC contracts and how they may practically better administer their live projects.

These NEC articles, bulletins and tools should be read in conjunction with the GMH Planning NEC Guidance Notes section, NEC FAQs, and also considered along side the suite of NEC3 & NEC4 training courses and NEC Public Training Workshops by GMH Planning which develop and enhance the level of understanding to all parties working on an NEC project.
