NEC have issued a revision to their NEC4 contracts in 2019 to supercede the 2017 version. Whilst most of the amendments are simply typo’s or small grammar changes, there are a few actual more significant changes to the main clauses, the most significant one being the change to clause 63.5. This now clarifies how you assess a compensation event against the Accepted Programme and is a very important clarification.
Here is a link to the list of changes to the NEC4 family of contracts to use along side your 2017 version of NEC4 (but f you have bought the 2019 version already then you do not need this list of changes as they are already built into that version of the contract.
