It will consider options available to the Employer with regards to primary and secondary option choice, which will alter the risk profile of a project. It will review how both Contract Data part 1 and part 2 should be populated and what it should/could include. It will consider what part the Works Information, Site Information and pricing document have in terms of ascertaining risk, and as a result what allowances/considerations the Contractor should be allowing for within their tender price.

This preparing and pricing ECC contract documents training workshop is recommended for anyone who is involved in preparing or reviewing contract documents at tender stage, as well as anyone involved in administering an ECC contract on a live project, to understand what part the documents play in the administration of a project. This will include project managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, planners, contractors and their supply chain.
