The bulletin explores why these systems are so important and how they can bring efficiencies and clarity that a project needs. The bulletin also reminds that these systems would also be beneficial to use all the way down the supply chain as well, not just between Client/Contractor.
This series of bulletins are intended to be a quick focus on certain aspects of the contract to allow parties to properly price and programme accordingly at tender stage and manage the contractual processes during the life of the project.
