Guide on “how to really get Compensation Events Implemented”. This guide has been put together by Sarah Schütte, Bob Cummins and myself following our break out group at this year’s conference and is a collation of ideas and solutions from the 60 or so people who attended that workshop. This guide should prove to be really useful for the industry. It focuses on issues, how to overcome them, and following the theme of the conference considers behaviours that will encourage the outcome to be achieved.
