As part of our NEC People conference in Cardiff next month (places still currently available), we are running a “state of the industry survey” to get the latest feedback on what is working well and not so well currently within projects that are being administered under NEC contracts.

Attendees of the conference have been asked to complete our survey, but we also want as many people within this group as possible to complete the survey to get the true picture of our industry.

Previous surveys we have run have allowed us to propose new or amendments to NEC clauses that have been incorporated by the authors of the contract, so here is another opportunity for you to influence future revisions, of which I believe there will be an updated version of NEC4 being issued next year.
