Whilst numerous live projects are still contracted under NEC3, it would be great to utilise some of the development of clauses that has been achieved with the new NEC4 contracts.

To that end, GMH Planning together with Osborne Clarke have produced a draft agreement that projects can utilise to bring in (by agreement) some of the new NEC4 clauses that should prove to be mutually beneficial to both Parties to want to have included.
